Pre-Image (2025)
Digital color photograph, 2025
Forgotten,
hidden,
patient, pulsing, insistent.
Waiting—
for that opening,
that moment
when uncertainty
cultivates possibility.
This is not resolution.
It is emergence.
A threshold, not a form.
Still in process.
PRE-IMAGE I –
The Unnamed
Digital color photograph, 2025
Fragments.
A body in transit.
Seepage.
A possible reality.
It embraces change,
transformation.
Remaining unique,
genuine,
still in process.
PRE-IMAGE II – Seep
Digital color photograph, 2025
Forging.
Wearing what once confined her.
Now it’s her choice.
She’s no longer hidden.
She signals presence—
still open,
still in transit.
Unstable,
but real.
Affirming herself through uncertainty.
PRE-IMAGE III – Emerging
CONCEPTUAL note
Pre-Image traces a passage in three gestures: The Unnamed, Seep, and Emerging.
A presence in transition.
A body between states.
From what is hidden,
to what begins to seep through,
to what chooses to appear.
There is no final form, no fixed definition.
Not resolution,
but transformation.
