CONCEPTUAL  note
It is a series of twelve photographs with slight variations, showing only a hint of movement between them. A full year without pause.

Each photograph corresponds to a month. Each perforation, to a day. The marks are not uniform: the pressure varies; some break, others tear; some are superficial, others deeper. The patterns organize and disperse; not all months are the same, not all feel the same. The body, the paper, and the material record the embodied passage of the calendar.

The work stems from a question about the obligation to continue: what happens when the system does not contemplate pause, when productivity becomes a mandate and rest an absence? The perforations do not illustrate exhaustion; they are its physical evidence, inscribed directly on the image of the body that bears it.

Printed on everyday photographic paper, the series inhabits the format of domestic memory. It is neither an exceptional body nor a recognizable face. The experience it documents is not individual; it is collective, structural, and shared.

The same act, repeated. Despite everything.
